Where it all began
I grew up in Ireland with grandparents who grew their own food, and that early love of fresh produce shaped my career, and my life! After years cooking in Sydney restaurants like Rockpool Bar and Grill, Two Chaps, Pizza Madre and Cornersmith, I wanted to bring that same level of care to home kitchens.
Why I choose every item myself
Each week I check in with local farmers to see what is ready to pick. I choose produce based on what is tasting great, what is coming into season and what they're excited about. Then I pack everything up and deliver it to your door.

Potatoes (1kg)
Carrots (5–6)
Onions (4–5)
Garlic (1 bulb)
Special Seasonal Item
A standout ingredient chosen for its peak flavour.
Examples include: purple cauliflower, pumpkin, sugarloaf cabbage, romanesco broccoli, butternut squash.
Lettuce
Crisp, vibrant leaves chosen for texture and freshness.
Baby cos, butter, salanova, mignonette or similar
Citrus
A bright seasonal citrus to lift your cooking.
Lemon or lime.
Seasonal Fruit (3 Varieties)
Approx. 15–20 pieces.
Seasonal variability; apples, mandarins and pears through winter - peaches, nectarines, berries and plums through summer.
Mixed Leaves (2 Bags)
Baby spinach, wild rocket, mesclun, baby cavolo nero or similar
Small Veg (3 Bags)
mushrooms, green beans, snow peas, sugar snaps, kalettes or similar
Leafy Greens (1 Bunch)
English spinach, Chinese broccoli, rainbow chard, Tuscan kale or similar
Herbs (2 Bunches)
parsley, mint, sage, oregano, thyme, dill, coriander or similar
Seasonal Veg (8–9 varieties)
This is our specialty - what you get depends entirely on the season and what Australian farmers are bringing to the market. One week it might be eggplants, zucchinis, poblano peppers, broccolini, a leek, a bunch of radish, oxheart tomatoes and avocados. The next it will be completely different.
What happens next?
After you order, I’ll confirm your delivery day. Then I choose the best produce at the markets, pack your box by hand, and deliver it fresh to your home.
