How can we help?

Unfortunately not. Our produce comes directly from the market to you in a refrigerated van, so we need to organise you into a delivery run that fits best with where the boxes need to go.

We're at the markets sourcing as locally as possible. We have built relationships over many years with growers in the Sydney Basin and these farmers supply us with the bulk of the produce. When that’s not possible (the best potatoes come from colder states, the best bananas from warmer ones), we source from interstate.

You can pause or cancel at any time - manage your recurring deliveries from your account. To access your account, click on the little person icon at the top right of the website. Log in to pause or cancel.

Our customers are often surprised how long the produce lasts. As we're sourcing the freshest available produce for you, there will always be a large portion of the box that lasts two weeks or longer. We recommend you use the more delicate items first so you enjoy them at peak freshness; soft leaves and herbs for example.

Don't worry, a lot of our customers aren’t home when we deliver. Just leave instructions in the 'delivery notes' section for where you'd like us to leave it. We've had many unusual requests, so don't be shy! Our only requirement is that it's in the shade.

Most of the farmers we work with grow produce with organic principles but not all of them are certified.
