Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

As we deliver fortnightly, your order may take up to a maximum of 2 weeks to deliver. We need time to organise you into a delivery run for your area. Once this is done, it's 'set and forget' and you will receive your order on this day every fortnight if you've opted in for recurring delivery. You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled and on its way.

DELIVERY

We currently do not offer delivery under $50. Local delivery is $4.99 for all of our delivery areas, on orders over $50. 

EMPTY BOX RETURNS

Please leave your empty boxes out for collection in your assigned delivery spot the night before your delivery and we will pick them up for reuse or recycling.
